Yu-Gi-Oh! DM II: Dark Duel Stories no FF toggle

The fast forward toggle does not work for this game but it works fine for all the other games from that series up to the 4th one.

I suspect that game simply cannot be fast forwarded noticeably because of cpu restraints.
