error using patRegK
I do not have landmarks, so I tried to use patRegK for automated image registration. I am trying to extract a spotted pattern from black and white pictures of frogs. I have pngs. I tried using different images as targets. I tried running a very simple command without many parameters (hoping default would work). I do not have a cartoon. I am trying to run:
rasterList_regKWT <- patRegK(imageListWT,target)
I get this error: Error in h(simpleError(msg, call)) : error in evaluating the argument 'x' in selecting a method for function 'raster': incorrect number of dimensions
Is it because it is png and not jpg? Do you have any recommendations? Thank you
Hi,
Yes, your images should be jpeg.
Please keep me posted if you encounter further problems along the way.
Best,
Steven
