I purchased an upgrade, where's my unlock code?

You don't receive a code when purchasing an upgrade.

If you purchased an in-app upgrade ... the remotes you purchased will be available in the free app. Restart the app if they have not been unlocked instantly.

If you purchased a standalone app ... a new app will be available on your device. Set up a connection using this app instead of using the free app.

When connecting to the Remote Control Server, the app will send it's license automatically.

Unlock codes are only for promotional purposes.

when i pay for the service how many times will the charges be covered is it a one time pay or monthly pay?

It's a once per lifetime purchase. You will be charged once and the app will be available on your account forever, even if you switch your devices.

I had a purchased version of the app a while ago. I lost the app for a while after a while and have just reinstalled it. Even though I had everything purchased I no longer have it. I have tried everything restarting it and re installation but nothing works. Can you help me. I didn't purchase it though as it was a free give away on app of the day

So you activated an unlock code. As stated on the help page:

Because a code is bound to a device, you will loose it when switching devices or uninstalling the app. Contact the support and follow the provided instructions before switching devices or uninstalling the app.
