Cannot create Heroku account.

I have created account.When it gets to a point to Login after that,I keep getting error message.i have tried to reset password. heroku

Password reset page on Heroku is not responsive.

I have checked options for alternatives for Heroku, https://www.quora.com/What-are-some-cheap-alternatives-to-Heroku-that-are-always-on-I-have-a-small-Python-hobby-project-on-Heroku-only-used-by-my-friends-and-I-The-problem-is-that-every-time-someone-wants-to-use-it-they-have-to-wait-10-seconds-for-it-to-start-up Just wondering if there is any other cloud hosting platform that you suggest

This has been resolved.Came down to Heroku credentials mismatch.
