DWC show only extruder0 on multiextruder setup

dwc2 On multiple extruder setup temperature chart and tool box show only extruder0. T1(extruder1) is totaly functional i could print with it and M105 report temperature of both tools. On previous branch of DWC2 it shows both tools.
