Documentation for acquiring precise base coordinates

Describe the feature you'd like. Add documentation on how to start with post-processing of the base station data to get the precise location. This can be hard for non-french beginners to find out.

• How to convert log to rinex
• Link some sites for converting rinex file to precise location

Hi @GwnDaan

There are two important subjects:

• Translating the french doc to english
• Choosing the right Coordinate Reference System for each country

In France we use RGF93 which is near equal to ETRF2000.
