Feature Request: Always show sales percentage instead of Price Indication Directive sticker.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The new Price Indication Directive doesn't show what percentage sale an item has if the price has been on sale in the past 30 days, which is quite often and fills the wishlist and steam page to simply display the price and the original price instead of actually saying "30%" off.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option to override the green % PID sticker with the old percentage number. Since the actual numbers are available on the page, this should be easy enough to calculate manually or take from the steamdb database.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Hi @jsmars / @xPaw is this still a valid feature request? As far as I know Valve itself still shows the % amount as per image below:
@nolddor Didn't realize this is not global. It seems to be in Europe only because of some pesky laws, so this would be an excellent issue to fix in this plugin for everyone residing in Europe.
Hi @jsmars im based on Spain (Europe).
@nolddor Ok maybe not entire Europe, it seems to be Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Sweden, and as stated it only applies if the game has been discounted already within the past 30 days. Here is some more information from steam itself: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/steamworks/announcements/detail/3644023772635302006
