Investigate some searches timing out

Some searches like 'Staunch hearted warrior' are running endlessly. Real card name is 'staunch-hearted warrior'. Will investigate -- probably a bug in the card_extractor.

Fixed the timeout issue to now return a definitive fail, but this is still happening for real cards.

Another example is Bushi Tenderfoot: http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?name=+[Bushi]+[Tenderfoot]

Something to do with cards having complex and similar name identities, i.e. flip or split cards
