Add tests and continuous integration

First step would be making sure all the functions run without breaking after making changes. Ideally I think there'd also be a sample notebook produced to show the html changes (e.g. using github.com/QuantEcon/jupinx), and maybe a pdf that assembles some LaTeX outputs too.
