Refactor: blob-csi controller

  1. refactor blob-csi controller to allow struct to have service principal
  2. refactor json schemas of upstream fdi configuration to have service principal name
  3. change business process for creating FDI buckets so that there is a step for creating the service principal and adding that credential to the CI variables of the repo that provisions k8s secrets for the FDI buckets

Remove SPN secrets from azure-blob-csi-system.tf in the aaw-dev-cc-00 repository and create a secret for each bucket's SPN
