SAS: GSERIES Integration

They is a need for the StatCan SAS GSERIES generalized system.

SAS GSERIES package can be found here: SAS will need to provide it.

There are a few things to consider.

GSERIES needs to have its path integrated in the SAS image .cfg files on SAS bootup GSERIES files will need to be copied into the workspace to be accessible when clients need to use it.
