Bug: Unable to remove existing contributors

After the central dashboard upgrade on DEV, existing contributors could not removed. Servicerolebindings got removed in my namespace preventing existing contributors to be removed. Manually removing the Rolebinding, removes the contributor and then re-adding the contributor creates Servicerolebindings and Rolebinding.
