Document Grafana on AAW

The Grafana page should be added to the AAW documentation https://statcan.github.io/daaas/. Users who know about this will have a much easier time monitoring things like their compute usage, doing benchmarking, and debugging performance problems.

A dedicated page for Grafana should be created (probably under Analysis since that's were the rest of the compute stuff is and Grafana helps with monitoring compute among other things, in the other sections users can easily miss it). Instructions to add on that page:

• Go to https://grafana.aaw.cloud.statcan.ca/
• Login with the Microsoft login option and your usual AAW credentials.
• Go to the relevant dashboard, make sure to select your namespace in the bar at the top and the notebook server you're interested in.
• Some more details about which dashboards are most helpful for beginners, there are lots of dashboards and new users could get lost.
