Blob-CSI: Migrate existing dev containers to ADLS

Will need to figure out an efficient migration strategy for moving blob azure containers to ADLS containers.

  • If no-one is using the dev containers, then I can delete them and reprovision as ADLS.
  • Need to test if migrating a storage account manually in azure portal will affect the terraform resource when adding the hierarchal namespace feature.
