Volume testing software for web application within the DAaas

Eventually we would like to perform a volume test on the Vetting Management Application to make sure it can handle the amount of users expected on the platform long term.

We expect to have a low amount of users at launch but eventually we might reach 500 concurrent users daily. It's not a big amount of users but since the app interacts with the azure file storage api to transfer files between storage account, we want to make sure that it can handle the amount of transactions without slowing down the vetting app.
