Problem with Sidebar nav?

Hey guys, so yeah Im a student and basically Im new at programming. So I found this bootstrap template and got myself an issue that I cant solve. So the issue is that my sidebar nav is covering the whole page, and under it is the content. Could this be issue with resolution of my laptop? Or something else. Hope you guys can help. Thanks in advance!!
