Layouts / Static Navigation page does NOT use static navigation

1. Navigate to the Layout / Static Navigation page.
2. Read the text, which says it is an example of using static navigation.
3. However, static navigation is not setup by default. You must add the "sb-nav-fixed" class to the body for static navigation to work.

You can fix this by adding a ".addClass" directive on page load but I am a new user of the template and don't want to make assumptions. This does seem like a clear defect though.
