LightScript should be able to Enable/Disable fixtures

Currently LightScript manages device connections with a pair of commands for each device (e.g. Connect/Disconnect-HueBridge).

It is just as valuable to be able to Enable/Disable a particular fixture, so that LightScript can work against a subset of devices.
