Better error message for low fees

When using lowest fee option in some cases the total amount is below dust (where the utxo size is small - usually happens with taproot utxos); the transaction fails at the broadcast stage with a weird error.

Will add the exact error message here when I am able to test again.

This particular error has to be checked for and translated to "Fee too low. Use higher fee."
