Create cubits for Cypherpost

Following cubits are required for cypherpost:

• networks: home page of cypherpost showing list of networks and ability to join new network
• network
  • join: join a single network (contains info about the network)
  • info: contains info about the user and their identity on a single network
  • chat: contains list of posts per counterParty on a single network
  • members: contains list of members on a single network
