The sha1 of the downloaded curl is no longer matches the on in curl-7.34.0.sha1 (which seems suspicious). This PR stops downloading curl, as we don't seem to be using it

I was hoping to use the workaround in collectd/collectd/issues/1499, which uses the `table` plugin to retrieve values from `/proc/meminfo`. But `stackdriver-agent` doesn't deliver the `table` plugin. There's no indication I...
