UI responsiveness for small changes

Example: When expanding execution children on history, if the server takes a moment, the UI does nothing till it is finished. In this case, I think it should rotate the arrow, and perhaps put a "loading" placeholder row?

There are likely other cases of this. Should be easy to find by hacking in a 1s delay into st2client.
