Canvas Scroll Bars

Scroll bars should be visible if the canvas contains items outside of your view. It's not obvious when items are outside of your view, especially if they aren't linked to any other task in-view.

@bigmstone I am seeing scrollbars if I move a task out of view on the canvas, even partially. Can you attach a screenshot that shows me what you seeing?
