Ability to rename workflow

SUMMARY

Currently there is no ability to rename existing workflows short of deleting and recreating workflow.

STACKSTORM VERSION

Paste the output of st2 --version:

st2 2.8.1, on Python 2.7.5

OS / ENVIRONMENT / INSTALL METHOD

Within workflow edit window in EWC, button or field to rename workflow. Update button would save this update.

EXPECTED RESULTS

Within the EWC, be able to have an option to rename workflows non destructively.

ACTUAL RESULTS

No function to rename workflows, workflows are required to be deleted and recreated if another name is required.
