Documentation about blackbox_removeadmin misleading

I think the documentation about how to remove a user is wrong.

It suggests that the key doesn't get deleted from the keyring although it seems like that is the case, see https://github.com/StackExchange/blackbox/blob/master/bin/blackbox_removeadmin#L25
