blackbox_removeadmin promts to commit the wrong file

blackbox version: v1.20170611

We have noticed that when running blackbox_removeadmin the suggested commit command lists a file that doesn't change and omits a file that does change.

Here is an example: The suggested command omits pubring.gpg and includes trustdb.gpg.

tullis@work:~$ blackbox_removeadmin [email protected]

NEXT STEP: Check these into the repo.  Probably with a command like...
git commit -m'REMOVED ADMIN: [email protected]' keyrings/live/trustdb.gpg keyrings/live/blackbox-admins.txt
