CLI tool to test my file

Hi, I would like to test following sample:

Short list of features:
* predefined and user-defined tasks for different shells;
* user friendly text and block selection and paste;
* smooth and friendly window resizing;

It would be easy if there is a CLI tool like md.exe to test it, but I can't find it. Did I miss anything?
