Can we get images converted into SVG/Vector files?

As Mobile developer, I felt that if we can get svg/vector file path then we can use models to generate high quality icons, illustration which can be directly used inside the projects. Because right now we need rely on designer to convert those inspiration to svg/vector file manually. This can help save time :)
