Feature Request: Auto Tagger node

Hi all! I would like to request for a tagger node to be added. Specifically so you can grab other images, drop them in, and have tags generated for it! This can primarily be used for training, captioning images and for grabbing tags to generate an image based on another one! This has been done before in examples such as this one for a1111webui
