Are StableLMs Multilingual Causal Decoders?

I've double check the description on the huggingface hub, it seems that the Stable LMs (3b & 7b) are only pre-trained on English. It means they don't support other languages, right?

These models were only intentionally trained on English data, but some sources within the dataset are known to contain text from other languages. Therefore, you may be able to interact with them in a multilingual fashion to some extent. Thanks for asking 👍
