Extracted image quality

Hi,

Thanks for the library all is well except for the following, perhaps you can help?

The source pdf text is pin sharp but the extracted bmp's are not, even when zoomed to 1:1. I've tried both PNG and JPG as output types with compression set to 100%, any ideas what could be up?

Some pdf's the background color appears white in original but dark blue in the extracted image.

Some bmp output converts the text characters to junk (*@^$) where in the original it seems fine.

Any ideas of what can be done to rectify these issues?
