@jdrepo yes, looks like it is `westeurope` that is having issues with whatif. It actually looks like PowerShell hangs, as I can't terminate/break the deployment either, and running with -debug...
@jdrepo not to worry, I've opened an internal engineering ticket to investigate the WHATIF issue. However, I do believe that if you remove the WHATIF flag the deployment will proceed/succeed....
