base-package配置项支持配置多个包路径，比如多个包路径用逗号分隔

目前可以通过引入多个docket来实现，多包路径。

不过，你说的这个问题，在一些场景下的确需要。

另外，要解决这个问题，估计得改springfox.swagger的配置源码:(
