Cannot clear/reset keyboard shortcut

I can't seem to clear the global keyboard shortcuts once I've set them. I try with Delete, Backspace, Escape, etc, keys that might make sense for clearing a value.

I try clicking, marking the text and deleting (can't delete), right-clicking. Nothing works.
