Play YouTube streams

Describe the bug I´ve problems using youtube streams. Every time I play a stream from youtube the bot have small timouts or "laggs". I am sure it´s not a internet problem cause normal videos works well. Looks like the bot play faster then the stream could.

Version Which commit did you build or download? dotnet 3.0.101 (bot is currently running on the system) mono 6.6.0.167 (just installed)
