Add references to software for post-spike-sorting Neuropixels data analysis
Hey there,
Following our email chat, here is a list of useful Neuropixels data analysis software that could be referenced at the end of the 'Analysing Neuropixels datasets' section of spikeinterface's documentation:
- Quality control
- Manual curation GUI: Phy, docs. Example workflow here.
- Bombcell: automated quality control, wiki
- IBL quality metrics
- Loading, analyzing and plotting data
You could also add a reference to this more general 'curated list of Neuropixels resources' from Julie: https://github.com/Julie-Fabre/awesome_neuropixels
Cheers!
Any interest in adding these to the docs in a PR. I think we are all swamped and this would be a great way to contribute!
Hey, idk if the idea still holds, but should the outside references be cited inside there "corresponding" module or should we group them in a new section "References" ?
Hi @tayheau
I would lean towards just adding the awesome_neuropixels link at the end of the Analyzing Neuropixels datasets tutorial. There is no point in duplicating the resources and that has all of them!
