Benchmarks for sorting components

I've fixed all the tests for the benchmarks in the sortingcomponents, trying to cover all the plot functions available so far. I've also added the benchmark_peak_detection() alongside with its test. Note that the test for benchmark_motion_interpolation is not working (this one is for @samuelgarcia )
