squid_update.py获取代理池出现问题

按照步骤安装完对应的环境后，首先执行

$ sudo python3 squid_update.py

并没有获取到ip...感觉是自己没有理解squid的作用，是由它去下载ip池吗...还是我哪里步骤错误了....
