  1. This plugin doesn't work, it serves as an example of how to make UHC.
  2. Plugins not requiring anything from 3.5.0 do not need to be 3.5.0, so this should be 3.0.0, however I didn't bump it because it's not useable regardless of the API being updated so only devs should use this because they'd have to edit it to make it work.
