The order of Connection Opportunities cannot be changed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. These instructions are for using the demo site/data.
2. Go to People > Connections
3. Click on the gear icon near the top right of the block to access Connection Type configuration.
4. A Connection Type for "Involvement" should already exist, with 3 Connection Opportunities.
5. Add a second Connection Type with at least 1 Connection Opportunity.
6. Access the Connection Type for "Involvement" from the Connection Types list.
7. Attempt to reorder the Connection Opportunities for "Involvement".

Expected behavior:

The Connection Opportunities are reordered.

Actual behavior:

The Connection Opportunities are not reordered, and revert back to their original position after attempting to change. At times, the Connection Opportunities will randomly rearrange themselves after the first attempt at reordering.
