Event Registration Registrant Detail page uses incorrect text for missing Signed Documents

Description
When looking at an Event Registration that requires a signed document and comparing it to a Group that requires a signed document, the verbiage does not match. At all.
On the Group Member Detail page it will tell you (not exact words) "We've sent a request to this user but they haven't signed it yet, last request was sent 18 hours ago."
On the Registrant Detail page it will tell you (not exact words) "We don't have a signed document for Daniel." and the same message is used whether a request has been sent or not.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup a signed document for both a Group and an Event Registration.
- Add person to both but don't sign the document yet.
- Compare the messages.
Expected behavior:
While the text doesn't need to be exactly the same (though it probably should be if possible), our users are getting confused by the fact that they can't tell in an Event Registration if the document has been sent vs they just haven't signed yet. Additionally, they want to know how long ago one was sent like they can with Group Member details so that they don't resent a request shortly after the first was sent.
Actual behavior:
Message about missing signed document is ambiguous and non-consistent.
Pull Request
We can build a pull request to sync up the verbiage between the two blocks if enhancement is approved.
