The three USB devices aren't described in DT. Two DWC3 controllers on the left side. Different one used for the Surface Connect port.
Not sure what these are used for. Would be nice if they were debug interfaces exposed through some hardware interface.
This needs some curious register reservation investigation.
x86 relies on ACPI for this. Will need to add in DT support for this.
