Replace reference to a CFamily example

The removed link points to a deprecated and soon-to-be-removed example. The new link provides multiple examples that are regularly monitored.

Hi @christophe-havard-sonarsource I would suggest closing this PR as won't do. Because we already changed the content of the README regarding C and C++ after creating a new GH action for CFamily here.

@nawar-hamo-sonarsource , note that that the link on the master branch filters only the CFamily examples for GH-Actions (12) and does not show the other 21 examples related to SonarCloud. To see all of you need to replace the q=gh-actions-sc with q=-sc (as done in this PR). I'll let you decide what example group you want to link to.

Hi @arseniy-sonar, indeed the filter q=gh-actions-sc was added after a request from the PM team.
