ui delete containers and resources can throw a lot of alerts if not refreshed

Hi,

From the ui when deleting content and not refreshing the page, can get an overwhelming blast of alerts

Error: Web error: 404 (Not Found) on DELETE of <https://roger.localhost:8443/public/tmp/solid-fs/.git/config>

the refresh shouldn't be necessary for one thing. But using alerts for status info is a bit rough.

Is a status bar being considered for the ui?
