HumanReadable Pane does not display JSON files

@pjworrall has to copy over JSON files stored to his Pod for a demo he'll be doing. Unfortunately, when that JSON is stored as application/json, he cannot easily access the contents, because it defaults to the Default Pane and does not provide the HumanReadable Pane as an option.
