Mysterious versionInfo.ts bug

A pesky versionInfo error ups up when you run npm run startStaticOS.

Simply including a blank versionInfo.ts into the /src directory seems to resolve the compile error.

Shouldn't there be a versionInfo.ts file in this repo by default?
