undocumented functions

there are some undocumented functions, which I would help to document in the README if you drop some info (should it be documented at all, a small example, ...) about it here.

• .query()
• .publishRaw()
• .registerDeathQuery()
• .getExpiry()
• .unexpire()

@wactbprot I will give you the info when I get the time but these methods are mostly low importance except for the last two which are slightly more important.
