Bugged autorestart

When I start the loadbalancer with my configuration, it automaticallys starts up 4 processes. If I accidentaly try to close one of them, it causes that I will no longer able to close the eindows down.

I was testing this on my pc with Windows 10. Not sure if this is just happening on win or any other platforms.I had to manually stop the parent process to get rid off the annoying windows. Afterward I tried starting up again the LB, 4 windows poped up again, but now I issued the "loadbalancer stop" command and it automatically closed all the opened windows.

Also the LB doesn't even bother reestablishing connection to a target once its connection has been lost for a short period of time.
