Issue description

It would be nice if leaves looked snowy (like grass blocks) or white when there were snow layers on them.

is Primal Winter or SnowyLeavesPlus the visual effect you want?

The appearance of the leaves in Primal Winter is really nice. But sadly that mod forces the entire world to be winter all the time, which is not what I want for my modpack. SnowyLeavesPlus is very basic and in most cases the leaves look gray (they also take a long time to change color).

Personally, I wouldn't want that. I'd much prefer if this was introduced, to be only optional.

I'd also like the look of Primal Winter's leaves. But yes, it should probably be toggleable, if possible.
