librashader AviSynth/avs+ Port?

Hi

It will be nice if this get an avs plugin to use it for upscale from SD video captureds like from real VCR or real consoles, Especially since you can get 240p with avs from AV capture with "SeparateFields().AssumeFrameBased()"
